The Decision
That Councillor Andrew Lee be elected as Chair for the duration of the meeting.

Procedure for Licensing Hearings
The Decision
The Sub-Committee agreed the procedure for the meeting as outlined by the Chair.

Application for Premise Licence - No 1, 1 The Square, Grassington
The Decision
The Sub-Committee determined that it was appropriate and proportionate, having considered all representations, the evidence presented, the Licensing Act 2003, the Secretary of State Guidance issued under section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003 (February 2025) and the promotion of the Licensing Objectives, to GRANT the Premises Licence with one amendment and one additional condition.
Amendment 1. Premises opening hours to start at 10am each day.
Additional Condition 1. All doors and windows at the Premises shall remain shut after 21:00 each day except for ingress and egress.
